Maison del Gusto offers a range of delivery options to suit your needs. We collaborate solely with DHL to guarantee the highest service and reliability.

Shipping methods details
Courier
If your shipping address is in Monaco you can be delivered by courier within the same day. For all orders placed before 13pm, you will be delivered the same day between 3pm to 8pm. For orders placed after 14pm you will be delivered the following day.Express
Your order will be delivered the next day you place your order (for all orders confirmed before 11am). If you are out when the carrier attempts to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date. This time could be, for example, during the same day in the afternoon.Standard
Your order will be delivered during working hours from Monday to Saturday included. - All orders require a signature upon receipt.
- We are not able to redirect orders once it has been shipped.
- Do not forget to check the content of the package delivered before providing your signature. Fresh products will not be refunded.
- All orders confirmed and paid before 11am are shipped during the same day. A confirmation by email will be sent as soon as your order is shipped. The delivery time presented in the tables above has to be taken into account from this moment.
- The delivery time presented above are provided as guidelines, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

The content of each order is checked before shipment. A particular attention is dedicated to prepare your order.
Fresh products
Our fresh products are carried in a specific packing that maintains a temperature between +2 to +4°C for at least 48 hours. All orders that contain at least one fresh product will be shipped using DHL Express (for France and for all other destination in Europe).
Fresh products will not be refunded.Inquiry related to shipment
We pay a specific attention while preparing your order and package. However, if a product has been damaged during transportation, please email our customer services directly.
Tracking your order

A benefit extended to all Maison del Gusto customers is that you will receive an order confirmation, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Log in to your account and click on 'View my orders' to see your most recent orders and check on their status.
If your order has been dispatched and is in transit, you will be given the option to track its journey.
Please note that you will not be able to amend orders once they have entered the dispatch process. Orders for certain products cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been placed. See our terms and conditions for examples.
Refunds & Returns

Exercise your right to return
Whatever your reasons are, you have fifteen days to change your mind, from the date of receipt of your order. We will refund the full price of items returned in good condition. The products must be returned in perfect condition for resale in their original package, properly sealed and accompanied by the delivery order which contains the return merchandise authorization (RMA).
Note that this provision shall in no case apply to fresh products.Proceed to a product return
We have made every effort to simplify the procedure if a product of your order does not meet your expectations.
To return a product, you are invited to follow the following procedure:- Obtain an RMA within fifteen days of receipt of your order.
To request it email us clicking on the following link Contact Us - Place the product in its original packaging with packing slip showing the number of RMA and send it to:

Return times
Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your RMA number.
Important Information
All items sent must be returned with an RMA number. The unidentified returns will be returned to sender.
Whenever possible, thank you for returning all products in one package. - Obtain an RMA within fifteen days of receipt of your order.
