What do I do if my product is damaged?
Our merchants take great care to ensure that your product arrives undamaged. If you believe your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can determine an appropriate solution. We may request that you return the damaged product to us or provide us with a photo of the damage so that we can determine how to avoid issues of a similar nature in the future.

Can I return an order that I received as a gift?
All sales are final. Please contact service@maisondelgusto.com if you have a question about a product you received as a gift. Member Services will need your name and shipping address in order to access the purchase information.

How much does shipping cost?
Currently Maison del Gusto charges €9.00 to ship orders in France and €16.00 to selected European countries. Further shipping cost details can be visible by visiting the Dispatch & Delivery page.
What if I just missed a shipping promotion?
We hold shipping promotion periodically, so keep an eye on your Maison del Gusto emails to catch it the next time around!
Can I request an alternate or postponed shipping date?
We always aim to treat your order the soonest as possible. For a specific delivery date or other specifications please contact us our customer services. We will always try to meet your requirements.
Should I ship to my home or work address?
Why can't certain food products ship to my country?
Due to some law and EU-trading restrictions.
Can I have an order shipped to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Will I have to sign for my package?
Yes, someone 18 or older must be available to sign for all shipments.
What do I do if my tracking number doesn't work?
It may take tracking information up to 72 hours to go live in DHL system from the time you receive your shipment notification email. If your tracking number has not become live after this time, please email our customer services and we will be happy to investigate.
Are shipments insured?
Who pays the taxes and customs duties?
For all shipments outside the EU, your recipient may have to pay taxes and customs fees to receive the parcel. However, for all orders and shipments to Switzerland our delivery rate includes these taxes and any custom fees.
Order Status
What is the status of my order?
All orders will typically ship via DHL within two to three days of purchase and will take anywhere from two to 10 days to arrive depending on the product's origin and destination. Please click here to see your order history. Please remember that someone 18 or older must be available to sign for all shipments.
How can I make changes or cancel my order?
All sales are final. If you need to make an address or other change to your order, you may request changes up to one hour following your purchase. After this, it may be difficult or even impossible to process a change, since we are committed to shipping products as quickly as possible to ensure speedy delivery.
Why was my order rejected?
EU regulations contain some restrictions on the countries to which our merchants are able to ship products. In the event that we are not able to process your order, we will explain the reasons why, and will work with you to determine a suitable solution. This may include using a different credit card or a second shipping address, with an adult 18 or older available to sign for the shipment.
