Sisters Cristina and Silvia Crotti have built a brand around their family recipe for traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia, which is over 40 years old.
They brought the business up-to-date for a gourmet market, adding condiments and bringing eye-catching packaging to the range. (The Crotti sisters have a fashion background so know a thing or two about style).
