32 Via dei Birrai is an Italian artisan micro-brewer which was founded in 2006 by two hobby home brewers (a business expert and engineer) and master brewer, Fabbiono Toffoli. Their exquisite eight craft beers please both the connoisseur and the eco-consumer. All the cereals, spices and hops are carefully sourced, and the packaging is delightfully designed to recycle, including its bottle tops-turned-keyrings. This is the first non-Belgian beer to receive the prestigious Houblon Belge distinction. With the latest addition of a beer vinegar and further innovative package design, 32 Via dei Birrai is going from strength to strength.
