Cipriani Food: Harry's Bar at home

Declared a national landmark by the Italian government in 2001, Harry's Bar in Venice has been a must-go destination since its doors opened in 1931 by founder Giuseppe Cipriani. Here, its signature Bellini cocktail, named after the Renaissance painter Giovanni Bellini, was born as well as the carpaccio dish.
In 1988 Arrigo Cipriani created Cipriani Industria a company that distributes the best of Cipriani food products - from the traditional (a classic panettone) to new products, such as a cholesterol-free pasta, made only with the egg whites.
