Amedei began in Tuscany in 1990, founded by Cecilia Tessieri, and makes sublime and exclusive chocolate bars, including a bar deemed the world's best. Cecilia supervises production and creates new recipes for the chocolate cognescenti's delight. Their signature chocolate includes their award-winning single-origin Chuao bar. This year Amedei won the Academy Of Chocolate Best Dark Chocolate Bean-To-Bar award for its latest bar, the new Blanco de Criollo. Amedei chocolate products are used among the world's best restaurants.
