€24.00Don Bocarte anchovies are of the highest quality bocarte fish caught during the months of April- June, when Don Bocarte fishes them and prepares them with salt. Preserved for a minimum of 8 months where temperature and humidity are closely monitored, these anchovies are selected for size, consistency and cleaned by hand as they undergo a very strict quality control process. They are delicate, creamy and melt in your mouth. These anchovies of Cantabric are the best anchovies we have ever had.
